Rockdale Cares sponsors themed dinner dances, picnics, and holiday events designed to allow our clients the opportunity to meet others and just have FUN!
Here are a few Community Type Events: Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, Artists with Disabilities, Therapeutic Recreation Events with County, Parks & Recreation, Public Library, Disability Day at the State Capitol and Abilities Day with the ASPIRE Coalition.
Rockdale Cares, Inc. hosts bi-monthly dances for IDD individuals throughout the East Metro Atlanta area. Due to COVID-19, the dances have been placed on hold but we hope to begin hosting them again in 2024.
